Highview

This four bedroom detached house has extensive views across Tunbridge Wells from the rear garden.  The brief was to provide a new family room, extend the kitchen and provide a utility room at ground floor and add a new master bedroom suite at first floor.  Paramount too was to create direct access to the garden from the reception rooms.

The family room at the back of the house has large folding doors opening onto the large new terrace whilst extensive roof glazing floods the ground floor with natural light.  The dining room at the front of the house has new glazed doors onto the front garden and was opened up into the altered kitchen giving views through the ground floor.  The new master bedroom also benefits from the view and from relative privacy from the rest of the first floor.

The finished house makes the most of the location and setting and is now a comfortable, contemporary and spacious family home with a direct link to the terrace and garden.
