This project took advantage of a corner plot to add a two storey side extension that provides a new kitchen breakfast room, utility room and study at ground floor, with two new bedrooms and shower rooms at first floor.

The finished project looks like a natural addition to the original house due the use of matching external details.  Internally, it provides spacious accommodation and has increased substantially its market value.
